rescheduling
Scheduled appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment. In this case, a new date will be proposed for the meeting to take place. In the case of successive demarcations or requests with less than 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge professional fees as the appointment will remain in force.

Cancellation
After payment has been made, the financial amount will not be refunded, and an agreement may be reached between the service contractor and the hired professional on scheduling a new date for the provision of the service, following the criteria of item 1 of this policy.

Situations not provided for in the terms presented will be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties involved.
